| Nupur and Rajesh Talwar will be tried for the murder of their 14-year-old daughter, Aarushi, who was found dead in their apartment with her throat slit. The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed Talwars' plea against a lower court order which had made them the main accused in the case.
The Supreme Court today refused to intervene, but it has also said that its decision does not reflect any judgement on their alleged involvement in the teen's death.
Aarushi's body was found in a Noida apartment in May 2009. | |
