| Pakistan beat Bangladesh by 8 wickets and also qualified for the super-eights in a group D encounter at the World T20.
Bangladesh scored 175/6 and Pakistan needed 140 to qualify for the super eights. In the end, Pakistan achieved the target itself in 18.4 overs.
For Bangladesh, Shakib Al Hasan top-scored with 84 runs. Yasir Arafat took 3 for 25 for Pakistan.
While batting, Imran Nazir got the highest score for Pakistan with a 72 off 36 balls. Skipper Mohammad Hafeez scored 45 off 47 balls.
