| Over 200 firefighters were tackling a massive blaze at an east London recycling center Sunday, saying it was the biggest the city had seen in several years.
Olympic organisers said the fire - which is about 11 kilometers east of the Olympic Park - would have no effect on the games' closing ceremony planned for the evening.
London's fire chief Ron Dobson said the fire brigade will still able to attend incidents across the city and the fire cover at the Olympic venues had not been affected.
