Virat Kohli top-scores with 106 off 113 balls. His innings had nine boundaries.

His third-wicket stand with Virender Sehwag (96 off 97) was worth 173 runs.

For Sri Lanka, Thisara Perera claimed three wickets, two coming in the final over of the innings.
