Sri Lanka have beaten Australia by 9 runs in the 12th ODI to reach the finals of the CB series.

Chasing a target of 239, Australia were all out for 229 in the final over.

Lasith Malinga picked up four wickets for the Lankans. Dinesh Chandimal top-scored in the match with 75 runs.

India, who have 15 points, finish at the bottom of the table.
