| Saif Ali Khan was arrested by the police at his lawyer's chamber in south Mumbai's Nariman Point. He has taken to the Colaba police station where a case has been registered by Iqbal Sharma, a South African businessman of Indian origin.
Mr Sharma claims that the actor assaulted him and fractured his nose at at Wasabi, a restaurant at the fancy Taj hotel, last night.
Saif will most likely be granted bail. He has been booked under Section 325 of the Indian Penal Code(voluntarily causing grievous hurt), a bailable offence. | |
