Home Minister P Chidambaram will not be a co-accused in telecom scam. When the scam played out, Mr Chidambaram was Finance Minister. One-line verdict delivered by Judge OP Saini, who is handling the telecom trial. He dismissed the petition filed by Subramanian Swamy, who is Janata Party president.

Subramanian Swamy says he is disappointed with the outcome of the case and will appeal against it in a higher court.

Mr Chidambaram was at home when the judgement was delivered.
