A six-storey under-construction building has collapsed in Nagpur's Chikhli area. More than 15 labourers are believed to be trapped under the rubble. Carbon dioxide and ammonia leakage at a cold storage unit in the basement of the building may have led to the explosion resulting in the collapse, Nagpur Police Comissioner Dr Ankish Dhanvijay said. Rescue efforts are on.A woman labourer has been pulled out of the debris and rushed to hospital.
