Educational Qualifications:
(1) 12th Class or equivalent passed as on date of publication of the Advertisement
from any recognized Board or University of India.
(2) Skill Test Norms on computer: English typing @ 35 words per minute or Hindi Typing @ 30 words per minute (Time allowed – 10 minutes).
(3) Desirable – Basic knowledge in computers.
Selection Process: Written Exam. The syllabus of Written Test will be based on objective type pattern of class 12 standard.

Qualification & Experience:
Senior Store Keeper ->
(1) 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
(2) Certificate for completion of a course in Material Management from a recognized institution.
(3) Two years experience in Storekeeping or Accountancy.
Stenographer ->
(1) 12th class pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
(2) Skill Test norms only on computers.
(3) Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute.
(4) Transcription (on computer): 50 minutes (English) or 65 minutes (Hindi).
Civilian Motor Driver ->
(1) Matriculation (10th class pass) from any recognized Board.
(2) Professional skill in driving, Knowledge of motor mechanics, general smartness and holding of a valid permanent licence for driving cars and heavy vehicles, with at least four year’s experience in driving.
MTS -> Matriculation (10th class pass) from any recognized Board.
How To Apply: Desirable candidates forward duly filled application on a A-4 size plain paper duly typed or neatly hand written in the prescribed format (as per Appendix A’) accompanied with duly filled two Admit Cards (as per Appendix ‘B’) and one Self Addressed envelope of size 30 cm X 12 cm affixed with postal stamp of Rs.39/- value for sending call letters by speed post.
