News Portal: BJP cancels dinner meet with PM

Top Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders LK Advani, Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley today cancelled their dinner meeting with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh following the death of Shiv Sena chief Bal Thackeray in Mumbai. The Prime Minister had called the meeting as part of the UPA's efforts to reach out to the BJP on FDI and other contentious issues, which the main opposition party plans to raise during the Winter Session of Parliament.
