HCL Tech, India's fourth largest software services exporter, has reported Rs 885 crore in net profit for the quarter ending September 2012 against Rs 854 crore in the June quarter.

In dollar terms, sales rose to $1110 million against $1080 million in the June quarter.

The company has announced an interim dividend of Rs 2 per share.
