Sources have said that a group of Sri Lankan pilgrims, who alleged that they were mobbed and harassed while visiting a church in Thanjavur, will return home today by a special Sri Lankan flight.

The flight has been arranged through Trichy, added sources.

Sri Lanka has advised its citizens not to travel to Tamil Nadu until further notice after the incident.
