Congress-ruled states will give three extra subsidised cooking gas cylinders, the party announced today.

The Congress-led UPA government had, on Thursday, announced an annual six-cylinder cap on subsidised cylinder for every family.

The Delhi government has already announced that it will give three more cylinders to the families belonging to economically weaker sections under a scheme to make the state kerosene-free.
