New Zealand score 232/9 in their second innings on Day 3 of the second Test match against India in Bangalore.

They are 244 runs ahead of India with a wicket in hand.

For New Zealand, James Franklin was the top-scorer with 41 while skipper Ross Taylor got 35.

Ravichandran Ashwin got 5 wickets for 69 runs in 22 overs while Umesh Yadav and Pragyan Ojha got a brace each.
