Manipur was hit by four blasts on Independence Day today. However, no casualties were reported.

All blasts took place while Independence Day celebrations were underway in the state.

While three blasts happened in Imphal, one took place in Thoubal - Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh's district. One of three blasts in Imphal happened in front of the Manipur Rifles establishment.
