Army promotes Olympics silver medallist Vijay Kumar as Subedar Major

NEWS FLASH Shooter Vijay Kumar, who won a silver medal in the 25m rapid fire pistol event at the London Olympics, has been promoted by the Indian Army as a Subedar Major. He earlier served as a Subedar with the 16 Dogra Regiment.
