| Supreme Court dismisses Sistema, Telenor India unit petition seeking review of telecom licence cancellation order.
The Supreme Court in its February judgement had cancelled 122 2G spectrum licences. Telecom companies Sistema Shyam, Telenor, Tata Teleservices among others had filed review petition on various aspects of this judgement.
The Supreme Court will now take up Centre's review petition seeking clarification on whether the auctioning of natural resources applies to other sectors on April 13.
