| The Supreme Court on Friday admitted the government's petition seeking review of its judgment in 2G scam pertaining to allocation of natural resources only through bidding process. It refused to issue notice to telecom companies affected by its verdict in 2G case, on Centre's review petition.
The Centre had filed a review petition in court after the Supreme Court cancelled 122 2G licenses, to check if the court order would apply to allocation of other natural resources too.
The court also issued notices to non-governmental organization Centre for Public Interest Litigation and Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy on the central government's review plea.
