Reliance Industries, the energy-to-retail conglomerate, net profit for March 2012 quarter fell 20 per cent to Rs 4,236 crore, the lowest quarterly profit in more than two years.

For the full year ended March 2012, the company reported a net profit of Rs 20,040 crore against Rs 20, 286 crore in the year ago period.
