| The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been given time till April 30 to arrest Nupur Talwar in the Aarushi murder case. The court order comes after the CBI told the Ghaziabad court today that it wants more time to arrest Nupur Talwar. The CBI had asked for an extension of two more weeks to arrest Mrs Talwar.
During the last hearing on April 11, the special CBI court had issued a non-bailable warrant against Mrs Talwar after she failed to appear in court.
Nupur Talwar, along with her husband Rajesh Talwar, is an accused in the murder of her 14-year-old daughter Aarushi.
