| A CBI court is still hearing the bail plea of Nupur Talwar, accused with her husband Rajesh of the murders of their only child Aarushi and their domestic help. Mrs Talwar was refused bail this afternoon by a court in Ghaziabad where the Talwars are to be tried for murder, criminal conspiracy and destruction of evidence.
Mrs Talwar's lawyers then applied to a higher court for bail, which referred the matter to another CBI court, which is now hearing her plea. If this court rejects her bail plea, Mrs Talwar could go to Dasna jail this evening. | |
