BCCI sacks Team India bowling coach Eric Simons

Team India's bowling coach Eric Simons has been sacked by the BCCI and the ongoing tri-series in Australia will be his last assignment.

Queensland pacer Joe Dawes will replace Simons. The decision was taken at BCCI's Working Committee meeting in Chennai on Monday.

Simons has been under fire since India's inconsistent bowling show in England and in the four-match Test series in Australia.
