India's stand-in skipper and opener Virender Sehwag slammed a half-century in the second innings on Day 4 of the fourth Test against Australia in Adelaide.

This is Sehwag's 32nd Test fifty, his fourth against Australia.

He brough up his fifty in 36 balls with the help of 11 fours.

Chasing a target of 500 runs, India lost the wicket of Gautam Gambhir to Ryan Harris for 3 runs.
